How are the bagels shipped to ensure freshness?
We ship our bagels par-baked and frozen with ice packs in insulated liners. This preserves the chewy texture and authentic flavor, allowing you to finish the baking process in your own oven for that fresh-out-of-the-shop experience.
Where do you ship to?
Currently, Boichik Bagels offers nationwide shipping across the United States. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes at this time to ensure timely delivery of perishable goods.
Are your bagels vegan or kosher?
Our traditional bagels are vegan-friendly as they do not contain eggs or dairy. Regarding kosher certification, while our ingredients are high-quality and traditional, please check the specific product pages for the most up-to-date certification status for each location.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we deal with perishable food items that are prepared to order, we can only accept changes or cancellations within 2 hours of the order being placed. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, it cannot be modified.
What should I do if my package is delayed?
While we pack our bagels to withstand minor shipping delays, please contact our customer support team immediately if your package arrives more than 48 hours past the expected delivery date or if the product is no longer cool to the touch.
How should I store my bagels once they arrive?
For the best experience, slice and freeze your bagels immediately upon arrival if you don't plan to eat them that day. We recommend avoiding the refrigerator, as it can dry out the dough and ruin the iconic Boichik texture.
